Before use, mix the contents of the bag with Water in a 6:1 ratio to form a dough-like mass that is perfectly homogenised. The damaged lining is moistened and filled with the material before applying the compound, which is smoothed on the surface. Depending on the size, the repaired area is left to dry for 12-24 hours. It is then dried under moderate heat until the repaired areas are perfectly cured. We recommend adding about 2 tablespoons of Water glass per 1 kg of mass to increase the strength. Wear protective gloves and observe basic hygiene rules when working.
Construction and repair of fireplaces
When building new fireplaces, we mainly observe the maximum mortar layer of up to 5mm. I also lightly dampen the fireclay bricks, elements before the actual construction!!!
When joining and repairing damaged lining, proceed as follows
The repaired areas are moistened with Water, then filled with prepared mortar and smoothed on the surface. Depending on the size and extent of the repair, the repaired firebox is allowed to dry for 12-24 hours. It is then dried under moderate heat (2-6 hours) until the repaired areas are perfectly hardened.
Gluingon metal substrate
The substrate is stripped of all greasy dirt and especially rust. We recommend using the Profi Cutter (Kittfort product range). It is recommended to coat the substrate with thinner mortar before gluing. Let the layer dry and then glue it. The mortar can also be used to protect and clean internal linings and furnaces and metal parts exposed to high temperatures. The mortar can be used in all places where the temperature does not exceed 1400 °C.
Storage
in a dry environment at temperatures between +5°C and 25°C in closed, intact packaging.
A mixture of oxides: Silica, alumina, titania and other impurities. Type heat-setting mortar G 1 - K.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and goggles or a face shield when working. Follow basic hygiene rules! Wash your hands after work, if necessary. the affected skin with soap and Water and treat with a suitable reparative cream. In case of eye contact, flush eyes with running Water, in case of accidental ingestion rinse mouth, drink 0.5 l of Water and seek medical attention. In more serious cases, always seek medical attention.
Waste and packaging disposal:
Must not be disposed of with municipal waste. Do not pour down the drain. Take used, properly emptied and washed packaging to a collection point for packaging waste. Take the unused product or packaging with product residues to a place designated by the municipality for disposal of hazardous waste or hand it over to a person authorised to handle hazardous waste.
