To protect the whole body, apply 6 teaspoons of oil evenly on dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. Avoid the area around the eyes. Application of smaller amounts reduces the degree of protection. Reapply regularly during the day, especially after sweating, bathing or towel drying. Avoid excessive sunlight during midday (11am - 3pm) and protect yourself with clothing, headwear and sunglasses. Do not expose infants and young children to direct sunlight. Excessive sunbathing is a serious health hazard. No sunscreen provides 100% protection from the sun. Sunscreen can leave contact spots on textiles and other materials.
