Pour 2 - 3 tablespoons of dried oak bark into 500 ml of boiling Water, let it infuse for 25 min and then strain. This infusion is used in the form of rinses and compresses several times a day.

boil 1 tbsp of dried oak bark in 1 litre of Water for 10 min, leave to infuse for 15 min and then strain. This infusion is used for baths and as a wash several times a day.
