It is recommended to use after each meal, at least twice a day for 2 minutes. Keep swallowing to a minimum, always spit out the toothpaste. Do not swallow the toothpaste. Children under 6 years of age should use a small amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimize ingestion.
Children 6 years and younger: Apply pea-sized amount of toothpaste to toothbrush to minimize swallowing. If ingesting fluoride from other sources, consult your dentist or physician before use.
Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in the product. Seal the tube after each use. Shelf life after opening is several months and depends on the conditions in which the paste is stored.
