pour 1 heaped teaspoon of the mixture (approx. 2 g) over 0.25 l of just boiling Water, cover and leave to infuse for 15 minutes. Take two cups daily, one in the morning on an empty stomach and one in the evening after meals. A reasonable cleansing treatment should last 6 weeks. During the period of treatment we recommend taking Psyllium Dr.Popova - an Indian soluble fiber - will promote proper stool, which is a prerequisite for a good cleanse.
