Take 2 capsules 2 times a day and wash thoroughly with at least 250 ml of water or other liquid ? herbal tea, fruit juice, etc. The maximum daily dose is 4 capsules, i.e. 200 mg of gymnema extract and 400 mg of cinnamon extract.
Dr. Popov's Psyllium should be taken at least 1 hour apart from other medications and dietary supplements.
