For the use of 10 g of spices you need: 0.7-1 l of wine punch, 10 g of punch spice mix and 0.2 l of water (to regulate the sweetness of the base punch).
Prepare by pouring the punch and water into a saucepan and adding the spices. Bring to a temperature of 85-90 °C, stirring occasionally.
Before serving, season with honey to taste. Serve with a slice of apple or citrus.
