Remove the plastic grip from the curler. Place the curlers in gently boiling water. Then cook for another 10-30 minutes. And then still hot shoot and after 20 minutes when they start to get cold take them off. (depending on time availability).
If you don't get wet, the hair lasts a long time. We dare say until the next wash. But it's better to put some hairspray in your hair and curl it right after washing.
