Apply Artdeco Lip Powder Base in a thin layer as a lip base using your fingers or with the Artdeco Premium Quality Lip Brush or the small Artdeco Lip Brush for Beauty Box. Then use a lip powder and apply it in the same way, with your fingers or brushes, until you achieve the desired shade. You don't have to wait for the base to absorb or dry. Simply remove any excess powder or base around the lips with a tissue or Cotton bud.
