Fill the cat's litter box with a layer of litter about 4 cm high and spread it evenly on the bottom of the litter box. Remove solid excrements continuously with a shovel. The liquid excrement at the point of use partially changes colour (yellow-ochre), which is a signal that the litter has fulfilled its function and at this point the litter can be removed with a scoop and replaced with new litter. However, we recommend replacing the litter as a whole once after its expiry date. The time of litter consumption is directly proportional to the size of the toilet, the number and age of the animals kept.
When switching from the original litter to Asan, it is preferable to initially place a small portion of the previously used litter on the Asan surface, in order to gradually and smoothly get used to the new material.
