For sore throats, add five drops of the preparation to a glass of warm water and gargle 3-5 times a day.
For total relaxation, add five drops to a hot bath.
For sore gums or bad breath, add 3-5 drops to water and use as a mouthwash twice a day.
Wash minor burns and scalds with ice water for 1-2 minutes and then apply oil.
