Wash your face thoroughly. Soak your nose with warm Water, the tapes will not stick to dry places. Dry your hands, peel off the tapes and press on your nose. Leave on for 10-15 minutes until completely dry, then slowly peel off from the edges to the centre. If the peeling is painful, moisten the site with Water.
