Toothpaste: use as a regular toothpaste. It can also be used topically, apply a small amount of gel to your finger, rub it on the sore area, leave it on for 30 seconds and then rinse your mouth.
Toothbrush: Brush from the gum line to the tip of the tooth at least twice a day.
Floss: Tear off about 40 cm of floss and wrap the ends around your middle fingers. Thread the remaining floss between your teeth. Gently slide up/down and back/forward.
Disposable flexible toothpicks: Gently guide the toothpick into the interdental spaces. Massage the gums by moving backwards/forwards and repeat for all interdental spaces. Use the end of the handle to apply the gum around the dental cusps. Discard after use. If used improperly, it may damage the gum.
Mouthwash: Rinse mouth for at least 1 minute. It is recommended not to eat or drink for at least 30 minutes after use.
