The tradition of the Italian brand Borotalco dates back to 1878. It was created by the English pharMacist Henry Roberts, who worked intensively in his small pharMacy in Florence on the development of various active substances.
Borotalco products contain a micronized powder of pure natural talc with an unmistakable characteristic aroma. The powder is Extracted from talc by a special process that results in an extremely fine Microtalcum powder, which leads to optimal absorption capabilities. Microtalcum is also the reason for the unique scent of these deodorants.
The first product was body powder in 1904. The fine powder made of natural talc is of incomparably high quality. Its absorbent, refreshing and softening properties offer a wide range of uses for the skin of adults and children. It's also perfect for sensitive skin, as this gentle natural powder allows pores to breathe. Over the next few years, other products were introduced to the market, including soaps, shower gels, bath foams and, last but not least, deodorants.
