It is advisable to avoid 2-in-1 products combining the effect of both sun protection and insect protection, as sun protection needs to be applied more frequently than insect protection.

Shake the contents of the jar and spray the product evenly on the skin and clothes from a distance of 10-20 cm. For lotions and creams, you should also pay more attention to the information on the packaging - it usually encourages you to apply a thin layer of the product to exposed areas. It should be enough - with repellent, more is not better. Try to avoid inhaling the repellent at all times, so apply it in a well-ventilated area and away from open flames.
