pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture over 0.25 l of boiling Water, cover and leave for 15 min. infuse and strain. Drink tea for 6-8 weeks, 3 times a day, warm but not hot.
Drink 2 litres of fluid daily in addition to the tea, for better sand flushing. Exclude mineral Waters with a sodium (Na+) content above 100 mg/litre. Eat whole grain rice. (reduces the formation of Calcium stones).For stool problems, take fiber Psyllium Dr. Popova.
