pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture over 0.25 l of boiling water, cover and let infuse for 15 min. and strain. Drink the tea for 6-8 weeks, 3 times a day, warm but not hot.
Drink 2 litres of fluid daily in addition to the tea, to improve the leaching of sand. Exclude mineral waters with a sodium (Na+) content above 100 mg/litre. Eat whole grain rice (reduces the formation of calcium stones). For stool problems take Dr Popov's Psyllium fibre.
