Day cream
Warm a small amount of day cream in your hands to body temperature. Then gently pat into clean skin. Press the whole palms of your hands three times on your cheeks, three times on your forehead and three times on each side of your neck.
Nourishing Cream
Use on cleansed face and neck area morning and evening. First, warm a small amount of the cream in your hands for better absorption. Then gently masSage the cream into the skin, starting on the cheeks and working your way up to the forehead and neck.
Night Cream
Warm a small amount of cream in your hands and apply to cleansed skin and neck. Work from the centre of the face outwards. Apply every evening.
Hand and nail cream
Apply the cream to your hands in the morning and/or evening or as needed. MasSage into the skin and do not skip the nail beds and cuticles around the nails.
