How to use Colgate mouthwash:
Fill the cap to the line (20 ml). Rinse your mouth for 30 seconds, swish, and spit. Do not swallow. Not suitable for children under 6 years. Keep out of reach of children.

Aqua, Glycerin, Propylene glycol, Sorbitol, Poloxamer 407, Aroma, Cetylpyridinium chloride, Potassium sorbate, Sodium fluoride, Sodium saccharin, Menthol, CI 42051. Contains: sodium fluoride 0.05% (225 ppmFˉ).
