Application:
By spraying, brushing, rolling, or possibly dipping at a temperature of 15-25 °C and a maximum relative humidity of up to 75% on a dry, clean, degreased, and rust-free surface. The minimum temperature is generally 5 °C at least. 3 °C above the dew point.

Recommended conditions for application:
 substrate pretreatment - the substrate must be dry, clean, free of any grease and rust residues, cleaned at least. mechanically on St. 3, optimal anti-corrosion properties are achieved when blasted to Sa 2.5.
 the optimal ambient and surface temperature is 15-25 oC and must be at least. 3 oC above the dew point
 the minimum temperature is generally 5 oC
 the maximum relative humidity is 75%
 for thinning paint applied by spraying, in the summer months, thinner S 6005 is recommended (ensures better flow, reduces "spray dusting"), in the winter period thinner C 6000 or S 6001 (faster drying, reduces dripping)
 if necessary, individual layers of S 2003 can be over-sprayed with so-called "wet on wet" after approximately 10-60 minutes at DFT 40 µm
 the coating is applied using a cross-spray or in parallel strips to achieve a uniform final layer
 problematic areas (corners, edges, welds, joints...) are treated with the coating first. Only after this coating has dried, the entire treated area is painted (including already painted problematic spots)
 if it is not a "wet-on-wet" spray application, we recommend applying the next layer after 24 hours (min.). 16 hours)
 the drying speed varies depending on the climatic conditions and the thickness of the coating layer
 the coating achieves its final properties after complete curing, which takes approximately up to 3 days

Thinner:
For spraying C 6000 or C 6500, for brush application S 6005.

Theoretical yield:
8.0-9.2 m? in one layer with a dry film thickness of 40 µm from 1 kg of paint, respectively. 10,0-13 m? from 1 liter of paint depending on the shade.
