Apply a small amount of the fixative cream to the pre-cleaned, dry denture. Apply the cream in short strips, but not too close to the edges to avoid pushing it up the sides of the denture. Rinse your mouth with Water and place the denture in your mouth with both hands. Press it against your gums and bite down for a few seconds. Apply the cream only once a day. If you need to apply more often, consult your doctor.
Remove the denture. Rinse your mouth with warm Water and then loosen the denture with a slow, rocking motion. Remove any residue of the fixative cream first with a tissue and then with warm Water and a soft toothbrush
