Arnica ointment is an excellent means of massage, a gentle massage has a beneficial effect on the lower limbs (e.g. in muscle fatigue or treating swelling). The massage helps with joint problems, arthritic or arthritic inflammation.
Arnica ointment is well suited for skin care (tibial ulcers, wounds, inflammations). Arnica extract has a regenerative effect on acne and minor abrasions. Arnica ointment is suitable for softening rough skin, calluses and for better absorption of bruises.
Before applying the ointment, it is recommended to wash the affected area with soap-free water and dry it well. The ointment is applied in a thin layer on the skin so that it does not clog the pores. Arnica ointment is applied 2-3 times a day (or according to the current need), gently rubbed into the skin for 2 to 3 minutes. Proper application of the ointment helps to increase their subsequent effect.
It is recommended to store Arnica ointment at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.
