take 20 drops of the tincture twice a day between meals. The tincture can also be dripped into a drink, e.g. water, tea.
The recommended daily dose (40 drops) contains 13.33 mg of nettle extract, 10.66 mg of horsetail and 10.66 mg of burdock.
Caution
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Not intended for children, pregnant or nursing women. Keep out of reach of children.
Shake before use, light cloudiness is not a detriment.
Store in a dry place at 5-25°C.

How are herbal drops produced?
We cold macerate carefully selected certified herbs in fine 60% food grade alcohol - this is the production method that has been proven over generations to be the best, as the alcohol is ideal for extraction and the drops then have a high concentration of active ingredients. We also supplement the alcohol with water, so there are two factors at work in the drops and therefore more active ingredients are extracted. They use high speed centrifugation to extract more active ingredients from the herbs. The long maceration of micronized (finely ground) herbs in alcohol is very important and this process cannot be compared to simply stirring the extract.

All of Dr. Popov's mixed herbal drops are based on original recipes that guarantee the high efficacy of the resulting tincture. All extracts are notified by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.
