Proper application of ointments helps to increase their subsequent effect. It is therefore recommended to wash the affected area with soap-free Water and dry it well before applying the ointment. The ointment is applied in a thin layer on the skin so as not to clog the pores.
Use the Rosehip ointment 2-3 times a day (or according to the current need), gently masSage it into the joint area for 2 to 3 minutes. By applying the ointment correctly, you help to increase its effect.
