Before using costivale ointment with camphor, we recommend washing the skin with soap-free Water and drying it well. The ointment is applied in a thin layer - so as not to clog the pores. We use Kostival ointment with camphor 2-3 times a day or as needed. Rub vigorously for 2 to 3 minutes into the skin. Proper application of ointments helps to increase their subsequent effect.
