How to apply propolis ointment correctly
- Before using propolis ointment, it is advisable to test the tolerance of the ointment on the inner side of the arm.
- As long as the skin does not turn red or pimples do not form, we can use propolis ointment without any problems.
- It is also recommended to wash the affected area with soap-free Water and dry it well before applying the ointment.
- The ointment is applied in a thin layer on the skin so as not to clog the pores. Use propolis ointment 2-3 times a day (or as needed), gently rub it into the skin for 2 to 3 minutes. Proper application of ointments helps to increase their subsequent effect.
