How to apply propolis ointment correctly
- Before using propolis ointment, it is advisable to test the tolerance of the ointment on the inside of the arm.
- If the skin does not turn red or develop pimples, you can use the propolis ointment without any problems.
- It is also recommended to wash the affected area with soap-free water and dry it well before applying the ointment.
- The ointment is applied in a thin layer on the skin so that it does not clog the pores. Propolis ointment is applied 2-3 times a day (or according to the actual need), gently rubbed into the skin for 2 to 3 minutes. Proper application of the ointment helps to increase its subsequent effect.
