mix 1 - 2 teaspoons (2.5 - 5 g) of Psyllicol Dr. Popova in a glass of water (30 ml for every 1 g of Psyllicol) and thoroughly wash down with a cup of liquid (min. 250 ml) - water, herbal tea, fruit juice, etc. Psyllicol Dr. Popova should be taken at least 1 hour apart from other medications and dietary supplements.
Maximum daily doses of Psyllium
- adult - 5 teaspoons
- pregnant women - 1 teaspoon
- nursing mothers - 1.5 teaspoons
- young children from 6 years of age - 1 teaspoon, ensuring sufficient dilution
- 1 teaspoon of Psyllium or Psyllicol = approx. 2.5 g
