For internal use
drop 2 drops of peppermint oil on a sugar cube or in a glass of warm water once or three times a day and drink in small sips.
Inhalation
drop 3-4 drops of oil into a container of hot water and inhale in the normal way for about 10 minutes.
For external use
add a few drops to massage oil or lotion. Protect eyes and eye area when applying.
The reference intake value is 6 drops of peppermint oil.
