For internal use
drop 2 drops of Peppermint oil on a sugar cube or in a glass of warm Water once or three times a day and drink in small sips.

Inhalation
drop 3-4 drops of the oil into a container of hot Water and inhale in the normal way for about 10 minutes.

For external use
add a few drops to a masSage oil or lotion. Protect eyes and eye area during application.
The reference intake value is 6 drops of Peppermint oil.

Notice

Do not exceed the recommended doSage.It does not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Store in the dark at 5-25 °C. Dietary supplement.
