We recommend using it before bed 2-3 times a week for a few minutes.
1. Cleanse skin thoroughly before use, ideally with Ecooking products.
2. Start in the cheek area. Move the roller with even, gentle pressure horizontally, vertically and diagonally. Then continue with other areas (see instructions)
Always remember to lift the roller when changing direction and avoid over-running one area.
3. Apply the serum and Ecooking night cream.
Cleaning the roller
After each use, rinse the roller with a 1:1 mixture of alcohol and water disinfectant.
