- Apply just before bedtime.
- Remove the translucent cap from the packaging.
- Turn the applicator nozzle from vertical to horizontal.
- Insert the Adenol spray applicator into the back of the throat and inject 1-2 times.
Just before going to bed, spray 2-3 drops of Adenol onto a clean tissue, bring to the nose and inhale deeply several times. Then spray 4-5 drops of Adenol onto the snorer's pillow. For back sleepers, applying to pajamas near the face may be effective. The product does not stain after evaporation.
