The mild refreshing flavour and alcohol-free formula does not cause burning, stinging or irritate the gums.
- Fill the cap with a measuring cup to the 10 or 15 ml mark.
- Rinse for 30 seconds and spit out.
- Rinse twice a day after brushing your teeth.
- There is no need to dilute the solution.
