Calendula ointment is used for intensive lubrication of the skin, especially dry, cracked or hardened areas. The ointment prevents unwanted penetration of moisture and cold to damaged or irritated skin.
Upon application, it creates a protective shield preventing harmful substances from penetrating the skin, softens the skin, reduces its cracking and strengthens its defenses.
Calendula officinalis is one of the very effective herbs with excellent effects on skin regeneration and protection.
Beta-carotene is a natural antioxidant, providing protection against free radicals and supports faster natural tanning of the skin when exposed to sunlight.
