1. Brush your teeth gently before each application.

3. Remove the pre-filled applicator from the sealed container and immediately place it in your mouth so that the gel touches the surface of your teeth. You can whiten your upper and lower teeth at the same time.
4. Gently pull your lips over the applicator and close your mouth gently.
5. After 20 minutes, remove the applicator from the mouth and discard immediately.
