1. Brush your teeth gently before each use.
2. Wash your hands and dry them thoroughly.
3. Remove the prefilled applicator from the sealed container and immediately insert it into the mouth so that the gel is in contact with the surface of the teeth. You can whiten both upper and lower teeth at the same time.
4. Gently pull the lips over the applicator and carefully close the mouth.
5. After 20 minutes, remove the applicator from the mouth and discard immediately. Gently rinse the remaining gel from the teeth and gums with Water.
