1. Brush your teeth gently before each use.
2. Wash your hands and dry them thoroughly.
3. Remove the pre-filled applicator from the sealed container and immediately insert it into your mouth so that the gel is in contact with the surface of your teeth. You can whiten both upper and lower teeth at the same time.
4. Gently pull your lips over the applicator and carefully close your mouth.
5. After 20 minutes, remove the applicator from the mouth and discard immediately. Gently rinse the remaining gel from the teeth and gums with water.
