Wash thoroughly before and after use. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush and begin brushing with minimal pressure and circular motions. Replace the toothbrush every 8 weeks or sooner if it becomes damaged. Replace the toothbrush after illness. The toothbrush can be sterilized. Allow the bristles to dry with air. Do not use without adult supervision, chew or bite.

Break off the head of the toothbrush. Remove it carefully. If possible, contact your local recycling program. (Nylon is recyclable). Place the rest of the toothbrush in the compost. It usually takes 90 days for the toothbrush to decompose in a commercial area.
