Rinse the toothbrush before and after use. Apply a small amount (pea-sized) of Jack N' Jill natural toothpaste. Brush your teeth gently in circular motions.
Wash the toothbrush with soapy Water. You can also sterilize it. Use with an infant is, of course, only possible with the assistance of an adult.
