Substrate preparation: ensure that the substrate is dry, firm, free of dust and grease and that smooth concrete surfaces are sufficiently dry and mature. It is recommended to prime medium and highly absorbent substrates beforehand!
Preparation of plastic plaster: the container and tools must be clean. Pour the Gypsum into clean lukewarm Water (0.6 kg of Gypsum/0.5 l of Water), stir gently and leave for 5 min. stand and then mix until smooth (by hand or with an electric mixer). stirrer).
Processing: work at temperatures above +5°C. Apply with a spatula, squeegee, etc.
Puttying and trowelling: application of plastic plaster for spot repairs is done with a spatula, for flat application it is applied with a stainless steel trowel. Preferably in one layer and in the required thickness according to the flatness of the substrate. When applying larger thicknesses, compare the area by pulling the trowel crosswise, i.e. from bottom to top and side to side. To achieve a perfect smoothness without sanding, first dampen the surface with a sponge and then smooth it with a spatula or the edge of a trowel. If necessary, it can be sanded after drying.

Occupational health and safety: do not eat, drink, smoke and observe basic hygiene rules when working. Wear protective clothing and goggles or a face shield. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them thoroughly with a stream of Water for 10-15 min. In case of accidental ingestion, rinse the mouth and drink 0.5 l of Water. In more serious cases, seek immediate medical attention.
