Kittfort Gypsum Plaster 2-in-1 Painter's Gypsum Putty + Filler 1 kg

Substrate preparation: ensure that the substrate is dry, firm, free of dust and grease and that smooth concrete surfaces are sufficiently dry and mature. It is recommended to prime medium and highly absorbent substrates beforehand!

The container and tools must be clean. Pour the gypsum into clean lukewarm water (0.6 kg gypsum/0.5 l water), stir lightly and leave to stand for 5 minutes, then mix until smooth (by hand or with an electric mixer).

Work at temperatures above +5°C. Apply with a spatula, trowel, etc.

Apply the plastic plaster with a spatula for spot repairs and with a stainless steel trowel for flat applications. Apply preferably in a single layer and in the desired thickness according to the flatness of the substrate. For larger thicknesses, level the area by drawing the trowel in a cross pattern, i.e. from bottom to top and side to side. To achieve perfect smoothness without sanding, first dampen the wetted area with a sponge and then smooth it with a spatula or the edge of the trowel. If necessary, it can be sanded after drying.

Recommended subsequent finishes: painting, wallpapering....Plastic plaster is not suitable as a surface base for ceramic tiles!

The minimum shelf life in intact packaging is 18 months from the date of manufacture indicated on the packaging. Damaged packaging should be sealed in PE packaging and used within 3 months

Occupational health and safety: do not eat, drink, smoke and observe basic hygiene rules when working. Wear protective clothing and goggles or face shield. In case of eye contact, flush eyes thoroughly with a stream of water for 10-15 min. In case of accidental ingestion, rinse mouth and drink 0.5 l of water. In more serious cases, seek immediate medical attention.
