STEMAL® je interiérová malířská stěrka pastovité konzistence, ředitelná vodou, kterou je možno používat na povrchové úpravy bytových, občanských a průmyslových staveb. Stěrku je možné používat jako podkladovou vrstvu malby, tapety nebo jako konečnou úpravu pro dosažení dokonale hladkého povrchu. Vhodnými podklady jsou beton, pórobeton, štukované omítky, dřevotřískové desky a ostatní běžné silikátové podklady.
Substrates must be firm, clean, free of dust and grease. It is recommended to moisten them well before applying the squeegee. Damaged areas that are deeper than 2 mm must be repaired prior to application of the trowel.
Stir the spatula well and dilute with water to the required density. The squeegee can be applied with spraying equipment (if you want to achieve a variety of surfaces), by hand or with a trowel up to a coarseness of 1.5-2 mm. Allow the squeegee to dry well (3-24 hrs. according to the applied layer and ambient temperature). Sand with a fine emery cloth to create a perfectly smooth surface. If necessary, we can repeat the whole process.
Consumption at 1.5 mm coarseness is approx. 1.5 kg/m?. Further surface modifications are carried out with common painting tools and paints.
