Bath oil
Pour the contents of the bottle into a water bath at a temperature of 36-38 °C. The optimal bath time is 15-20 minutes.

Massage oils
Apply evenly to the skin and massage lightly.

Body oils
Rub the oil into damp skin after bathing or showering.

Shower gels
Apply shower gel to damp skin. Lather the gel and rinse thoroughly at the end.

Hand creams
Apply a small amount of cream to your hands several times a day as needed and spread evenly.

Body lotion
Apply to skin and massage in circular motions.

Skin protection ointment
Apply to body, hands and face. Massage in circular motions.

Bath salts
Pour the contents into a water bath at a temperature of 36-38°C. Optimal bath time is 15-20 minutes. Avoid direct contact of bath crystals with scratch-prone surfaces.

Body scrub
Apply to wet skin, massage in circular motions and rinse thoroughly.
