Crystal is one of the most popular precious stones, known to mankind since ancient times. In the past it was widely used for the production of tools and cult objects, today it plays an important role in jewellery, but also in the optical industry or electronics. Crystal is the purest transparent variety of crystalline quartz. Under certain circumstances, when the acidity, partial pressure of oxygen, carbon dioxide content or the concentration of hydrothermal solutions changes, other minerals are formed inside the crystal mass. These enclosures are called inclusions. The offered species contains tourmaline.

Uniqueness of the stone: Tourmaline-bearing crystals are found in deposits with a high boron content. They are usually black scoria or brown dravite, more rarely coloured varieties such as rubellite (purple), verdelite (green) and indigolite (blue).
