Children from 9 months to 3 years: 1/2 - 1 cup per day.
children from 3 to 12 years: 1-2 cups per day.
Juveniles 12 years and older and adults: 3 cups per day.
1 infusion bag is poured over a cup (0.2 l) of boiling Water and strained after 15 minutes of steeping in a covered container; the tea must not be boiled. The infusion is always prepared fresh immediately before use. Use boiled Water suitable for infant formula to prepare tea for infants. The recommended maximum amount of sugar per 100 ml of drink is 5 g.
Chamomile flower (26 %), fennel fruit (22 %), Peppermint (12 %), fenugreek root (10 %), blackberry leaf (10 %), lance-leaf (5 %), hop cone (6 %), nettle leaf (5 %), elder flower (2 %), Liquorice root (2 %).
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients in the tea blend. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to menthol, Anethole or to plants of the myrrh family (e.g. anise, cumin, celery, coriander, dill), or of the star family (Chamomile). If you sweeten the tea with sugar, do not give it to babies from a bottle with a teat if possible, but use a cup as soon as possible. Excessive use of tea with sugar can lead to increased tooth decay. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
