- pour a cup (1/4 l) of boiling water over 1 sachet, infuse in a covered container for 5-10 minutes, remove the sachet.
- Drink the tea lukewarm. Drink the last cup of tea 2 hours before bedtime.
- Adults 3-6 cups per day. Children 6 years and older 2-3 cups per day.
- Do not exceed recommended dosage.
- Drinking this tea may be recommended as part of fat loss programs.
Other recommendations
Increase physical activity, taking into account age and fitness. Reduce energy intake in the diet - reduce intake of fats and sweets. Add more vegetables and fruit to the diet. Follow a drinking regime and drink low-calorie drinks preferably herbal teas and water.
