Children from 6 months to 1 year 1 - 2 cups (1 cup = 200 ml) per day. Children from 1 year 2 - 3 cups per day.
For adults, intended for normal consumption as a beverage. Do not exceed the stated dosage. Pour boiling water (200 - 400 ml) over 1 tea bag and infuse in a covered container for 5 - 10 minutes. Use boiled water suitable for infant formula to prepare tea for infants. The recommended maximum amount of sugar per 100 ml of beverage is 5 g.
