Children from the end of the 1st week to the 6th month: by spoonfuls, consult your doctor (paediatrician) for dosage.
Children from 6 months to 1 year: ½ cup per day.
Children from 1 year to 4 years: 1 cup per day.
Children over 4 years and adults: 2-3 cups per day.
Pour 1/4 litre of boiling water over the infusion bag and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Always prepare fresh. Use boiled water suitable for infant formula to prepare tea for babies. If sweetening with sugar, the recommended maximum amount of sugar per 100 ml of drink is 5 g.
