Adults take 2 × daily 1 - 2 capsules, in the morning at midday and in the evening.
Children from 6 years of age take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning at midday.
Swallow the capsule whole, unchewed, with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The product is not intended for children under 6 years of age.
One capsule contains 520 mg of RosaCelip-LD® (of which vitamin C 500 mg - 625 % DDD*), Rosehip fruit Extract 10 mg, citrus bioflavonoids 10 mg and excipients: Fatty acids, capsules of vegetable origin (HPMC).

What is liposomal vitamin C
Liposomal vitamin C is obtained by liposomal technology, which coats it with a layer of natural phospholipids native to the cell membranes. Unlike conventional orally administered forms of vitamin C, liposomal vitamin C is able to maintain higher levels of vitamin C in the body, which literally has a beneficial effect on the entire body.
Liposomal technology will provide the body with higher levels of vitamin C
Vitamin C takes care of the normal function of the nervous and immune systems, protection from oxidative stress and has a significantly higher absorption rate from the intestine directly into the blood. It is gradually released, targets distribution into the blood and cells, forms collagen for tissue strength and improves healing and good tolerability.
