With Aromapor® paper:
Melitta® Original filters are made from Aromapor® paper. The uniqueness of this paper lies in its microscopic pores. It ensures that only the finest aromatic substances pass into your coffee: This way, the full aroma of the coffee can always unfold.
Aromatic zones:
The "Aromapor®" pores are now divided into three aromatic zones, each containing a different number of pores.
- 3. Roundness: The upper zone prevents the formation of a bitter taste and guarantees a rounded coffee aroma.
- 2. Softening: The middle zone facilitates even steeping and gives the coffee a delicate aroma.
- 1. Unfolding: The lowest, so-called "steaming" zone ensures the initial unfolding of aroma.
