Remove the cushion from the knitted/fabric cover and heat in the microwave according to the instructions above. Do not heat the knitted/cloth cover only the filling. Place the filling on a non-metallic plate and place it in the microwave, making sure the filling is evenly distributed. To prevent the cushion from dehydrating, place the half-filled cup of Water in the microwave with the cushion. Be careful when removing the cup as both the cup and the Water may be very hot. Make sure the turntable can rotate freely, is clean and free of grease or anything that could cause burning or contamination of the product. In case of overheating, allow to cool completely. After the filling has been heated and removed from the microwave, the pillow must be placed in a knitted cover with Velcro and wait 30seconds. Do not use if it is damaged.

For 650-800W microwave, heat to a maximum of 100 seconds
For 800-1000W microwave, heat to a maximum of 90 seconds
