Handling is very simple, just massage your face with it once or twice a day, for 3-5 min.

• apply cream, serum or oil to the skin
• to get rid of puffiness and under eye circles, put the roller in the freezer for a few minutes
• massage the eye and lip area
• when massaging, always work upwards and sideways
• start the massage from the neckline upwards to the neck
• then use the roller on the face

Wash the roller with soap and warm water after each use.

Guasha

• Wash your face with normal cleansers.
• Apply any night cream to the face and neck.
• Using upward strokes, gently move the guasha slab over your forehead, cheeks, lips and neck. If you have puffy eyes or bags under your eyes, close your eyes and gently roll your eyelids.
• Use the guasha on your face and neck for 5-10 minutes.
• Use guasha three times a week to reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
• Clean your guasha according to the instructions.
