Important information regarding Nivea Sun Protect & Bronze OF 20:

Apply generously before sunbathing (6 full teaspoons for an adult's body). Smaller amounts significantly decrease the level of protection. Allow to absorb thoroughly. Regularly reapply throughout the day, especially in case of sweating, frequent bathing, and risk of wiping off. The duration of effectiveness is not extended by repeated applications. Even products with high SPF do not provide 100% protection against UV rays. Do not stay in the sun too long, even when using sun protection; excessive sun exposure poses serious health risks. Avoid direct midday sun exposure (11 am to 3 pm). Protect yourself from the sun with clothing, a hat, and sunglasses. Do not expose infants and small children to direct sunlight. Avoid direct contact with clothing and hard surfaces, as it may leave marks.
