Important information about Nivea Sun Protect & moisture:

Apply in sufficient quantity before sun exposure (6 full teaspoons for the body of an adult). A smaller amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Allow to be fully absorbed. Regularly reapply throughout the day, especially in case of sweating, frequent bathing, and risk of rubbing off. The duration of effect is not prolonged with reapplication. Even products with high SPF do not provide 100% protection against UV rays. Avoid staying too long in the sun, even when using sun protection; excessive sun exposure poses serious health risks. Especially avoid direct midday sun (11 AM - 3 PM). Protect yourself from the sun with clothing, a hat, and sunglasses. Do not expose infants and young children to direct sunlight.
