Apply evenly in sufficient quantity on dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure. To protect the entire body of an average adult, the oil should be applied in the amount of 6 teaspoons. Applying smaller amounts reduces the level of protection. Reapply regularly throughout the day, especially after sweating, bathing or towel drying. Avoid excessive sunlight during midday.
